Admission Procedure

  1. At the Reception, the front office assistant receives patient and helps patient check through the Hospital information system (HIS) using a Hospital identification number specific for your medical records.
  2. Patient needs to produce their Doctor’s advice for admission otherwise consult EMO (Emergency Medical Officer) for proper guidance.
  3. Further patient will be request to deposit a certain amount depending upon the category of patients choose. Patient will get a receipt for that.
  4. Corporate patients must show authorized letter of credit, ID card, Medical Treatment Book etc. at the time of admission.
  5. For cashless hospitalization against insurance please deposit policy paper / TPA Card at TPA disk. Specific preauthorization form will be handed over to patient at the time of admission.
  6. After admission once patients are shifted toward an ID number. This ID band should not be removing while patients are in the hospital. The nurse will only remove it only time of discharge.
